Stephanie and Jim's Wedding Photos - Galbreath Chapel

This past Saturday I photographed Stephanie and Jim’s wedding. It was wonderful from going on to the football field for portraits to their very elegant fist dance. It was a perfect day with just a few clouds in the sky. We started out at Raphael’s Aveda Salon in Athens. I got a call from my fiancee trying to find parking as Stephanie walked into some wonderful light in the salon. I started taking photos as I was directing my fiancee Jenna to some parking. This multitasking with the cell phone and camera made Stephanie have the greatest laughing expression on her face. It was pretty funny that I think about it. My camera going rapid fire as I am on the phone. It’s like the pavarazzi on cell phones. We then headed to Galbreath Chapel to get ready. The ceremony was beautiful. There was a wonderful sunlight lighting up everything in the chapel. The wedding party was great smiling in the background during the ceremony. After the ceremony we went on to College Green for some shot of everyone walking around. The wedding party took the Ohio University Bus to all of their portrait locations. We went on down to Emeriti Park and decided to go to Peden Stadium. This was a first for me to take the wedding party on to the Ohio University football field. We had a great time right on the 50 yard line. We did have to dodge a soccer team playing a scrimmage but it turned out great! We then went to the Ohio University Inn for their reception and awesome first dance. I got the slideshow of photos from that day on my laptop up and running and everyone was complementing me. It was so much fun everything turned out great!

Ashley and Aaron's Wedding in Akron Ohio

Ashley and Aaron’s wedding could not have asked for a better day. The location for the ceremony was also perfect. Ashley and her bridesmaids got their hair done at the Atti2udes Creative Hair Salon in Stow, OH near Akron. They did a great job with all of the bridesmaids hair. We then headed to the ceremony site at The Turkeyfoot Island Club in Akron. The location was great with the Turkeyfoot Lake in the background and the wind blowing on a perfect Sunday afternoon. We took a few portraits on the shore of the lake and headed to the reception at The Pavilion at Falls River Square in Cuyahoga Falls. We walked around on the brick streets taking a few more portraits around the Pavilion at Falls River Square and tunnel. I really enjoy going to new places taking photos of fun couples in love. I could not think of doing anything else.
